These sessions are for everyone and are an opportunity to come together in a welcoming and supportive environment, to practice mindfulness meditation. For new meditators, you will receive reliable and authentic meditation instructions and learn to meditate. For those who need to deepen their commitment to a daily practice, this will provide the support you need. For experienced meditators already practicing daily, this will allow you to practice with others.
Meditation instructions used in these sessions were provided by Traleg Kyabgon Rinpoche IX. Sessions will be facilitated by students of Traleg Rinpoche.
