Our thoughts and emotions are always in motion, propelling us along, even when we feel “stuck”, something is happening. However, by not taking notice of what is happening we do not grow, by taking notice of what is happening we can grow; this is why meditation practice is integral to the Spiritual Path.

In this one-day retreat, we will be combining meditation sessions with two talks given by Traleg Kyabgon Rinpoche IX in 2002 on “Transforming the Mind” where he explains how, through meditation, we work with transforming ourselves and understanding that we are not just spectators but participants in the continuous project of constructing and reconstructing the world that we live in.
