This course will provide an introduction to meditation. You will learn how to cultivate a healthy relationship with your body, thoughts, and emotions, and with others. Throughout the course you will be guided through practices of self-reflection and meditation-in-action, and learn about progressive stages of meditative practice
All under 35 courses are delivered by experienced practitioners and students of Traleg Rinpoche engaged in long-term study of Buddhist philosophy.
