An In-Person & Online Commemorative Puja for the Cremation of the Lord Refuge Khenchen Thrangu Rinpoche

E-Vam Institute invites you to an important event…

After the Parinirvana of the Lord of Refuge Khenchen Thrangu Rinpoche IX, E-Vam Institute and Community will be gathering to practice and make offerings in honour of this most sublime Master. The Puja coincides with the cremation ceremonies that will be happening on that day at Thrangu Tashi Yangtse Monastery, Namo Buddha Nepal.

We encourage people to attend in person, as we will be making a body speech and mind offering to the Very Venerable Thrangu Rinpoche and Rinpoche’s associated shrine. We hope you can join us for this significant occasion.

As part of the proceedings, we will be practising together:

The Milarepa Puja

It is suggested that you bring for the ceremony:
– Personal offering of flowers for the Shrine
– Healthy Tsog Offerings (e.g. incense, nuts, healthy sweets (chocolate etc.), fruits, juice/wine); avoid plastic-wrapped individual items
– A Kata. We will be making a body speech and mind offering to the Very Venerable Thrangu Rinpoche and Rinpoche’s associated shrine (you are welcome to purchase a kata from the centre prior to the event)
