June 22

The Practice Of Green Tara
The Meaning & Inspiration Of The Puja
With
Traleg Khandro
Saturday 22 June | 10am  – 12 pm & 2 – 4pm | In-Person & Online

Monthly Green Tara Puja Practice (Monthly Sessions)
 Saturdays 20 July,  24 August & 21 September  | 11am – 12:30pm

In this one-day course, Traleg Khandro (Felicity) will discuss how we can build a more enriching relationship with the prayers that are included in the Tara Puja, as well as look at the qualities attributed to the Green Tara diety.

Experiences of generosity, concern and compassion for others, appreciation, and fearless wisdom are some of the qualities that we can begin to generate within this puja practice. In this way, the qualities attributed to the Green Tara diety can be generated and experienced personally. This can provide an enriching meditation experience, and can help us to soften rigid ideas we may develop around our perceived capacityv.

In the course, we will not be chanting the puja as such, but rather focus on its content and how to relate to the prayers.

Monthly Green Tara practice will be offered after the course for those who wish to familiarize themselves with the chanting and associated ritual practices!
